All participants must be officially registered with AVAC United Youth Sports Programs & Mentoring Inc. prior to competing.
Registration automatically includes Parental Permission & Liability Release, completed by the legal guardian/parent at the time of registration.
Players must be in good standing with AVAC United, with no outstanding disciplinary actions.
Age divisions will be determined based on the player’s age as of the tournament start date.
By registering, the legal guardian/parent grants permission for the child to participate in AVAC United tournaments, practices, and events.
Guardians acknowledge and accept the Release of Liability, Physician Release, and Photo Release policies as part of registration.
All players, parents, and spectators agree to hold harmless AVAC United, its coaches, volunteers, officers, facility partners, and affiliated entities for any injury, loss, or damages incurred during participation.
AVAC United is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
In the event of a medical emergency where the guardian/parent is unavailable, AVAC United is authorized to obtain emergency medical treatment from a licensed physician or dentist.
Major surgery requires the concurrence of two additional licensed physicians/dentists unless in a life-threatening situation.
Guardians must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs prior to participation.
Participation constitutes permission for AVAC United to use player likenesses in photographs, videos, and digital media for promotional purposes without compensation.
All media becomes the property of AVAC United and may be edited, published, and distributed for lawful purposes.
Players must show sportsmanship at all times. Unsportsmanlike conduct, including foul language, aggressive behavior, or intentional injury, will result in ejection.
Coaches & Parents must model positive behavior and refrain from disruptive conduct. Failure to comply may result in removal from the venue.
Zero Tolerance Policy for harassment, discrimination, or bullying of any kind.
Tournament formats (single elimination, double elimination, or round robin) will be announced prior to the event.
Official game rules will follow the governing body standards for the sport unless modified for youth play by AVAC United.
Teams must arrive at least 15 minutes before game time. A 10-minute grace period may be allowed at the discretion of the tournament director.
Forfeits occur if a team cannot field the minimum required number of players at game time.
Players must wear the official AVAC United uniform or approved tournament attire.
All safety equipment required by the sport (e.g., shin guards, mouthguards, helmets) must be worn at all times.
Jewelry or accessories that could cause injury are prohibited.
Only team coaches may approach officials to dispute a call.
The tournament director’s decision is final on all disputes, protests, and disciplinary matters.
Games may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to unsafe weather conditions.
In the event of lightning or severe weather, play will be suspended and all participants must seek shelter.
Spectators must remain in designated areas and may not enter the playing field.
No abusive language, threats, or inappropriate gestures toward officials, players, or staff.
Violation of these rules may result in:
Player ejection from a game or tournament.
Team forfeiture.
Suspension from future AVAC United events.
All disciplinary actions are at the discretion of AVAC United officials and are final.
